Amar Nath Yadav is an Indian politician. He is a veteran leader of the Communist Party of India (Marxist-Leninist) Liberation in Siwan District of Bihar. Known from his opposition to the rule of local strongman Mohammad Shahabuddin, Yadav was described by a ''Hindustan Times'' article as "the only man who stood up to Shahabuddin".〔''The Telegraph''.
